Gemtrac optical lens storage is a high-density "enclosed" optical storage system that is able to store 5,760 optical lens boxes or 5,520 optical polishing laps in only 30 square feet.
Optical Lens draws, similar to pull-out shelving, feature 16 welded shelves with wire bookends that efficiently store 480 lens boxes per drawer.
Laps drawers have wire inserts that store 460 various size laps per drawer. Each polishing lap is stored horizontally and sloping back so that inventory numbers face outward for easy identification.
Stored items are accessible within one footstep and one arm's reach.
