SYSTEC INTRODUCES THINFILE™ FILING SYSTEMS

The SYSTEC Group introduces its newest filing solution, Thin File a stand-alone high-density storage solution for end-tab folders, hanging folders, binders, multi-media formats or other stored items.
Both preconfigured units and adjustable units are available. Preconfigured units are offered for the most typical filing applications including legal and letter end-tab folders and x-ray files. Adjustable units come with a range of storage configurations including hanging file frames, traditional file drawers, slotted shelves, catalog shelves, hanging pocket storage, media drawers as well as a reference shelf for convenience.
Units can be easily modified or retrofitted in the field to update storage needs as the customer requires.
SYSTEC’s new RollTec™ tambour door provides safety and security of records or stored items. Mounted to the top of Thin File unit, a mobile storage system or stand-alone shelving, RollTec adds security without adding to storage footprint.

SYSTEC's conversion capabilities allow customers to advance their document management practices into electronic formats from paper, microfiche, roll film or aperture card formats. Scanned documents can be outputted into CD, DVD, optical discs and a whole range of other formats. Documents can also be stored on an electronic document management system for the added convenience of web-based access to documents from anywhere in the world.
